FOSCA News:

Tails are wagging all over Los Alamos in anticipation of the 2018 Los Alamos Dog Jog and Fun Walk, Saturday, April 28 at Rover Park in White Rock.

The Dog Jog is an annual fundraiser for the Friends of Shelter and Companion Animals (FOSCA), that provides funding for spay/neuter surgeries and for catastrophic veterinary care for pets.

The Dog Jog Committee is calling on all creative young artists to put their imaginations and love of dogs to work by submitting a drawing for the 2018 Dog Jog Logo Contest!

The Logo Contest is open to youngsters in third through sixth grades whose family lives or works in Los Alamos County.

The winning design will be used as the official 2018 Los Alamos Dog Jog logo and placed on event t-shirts and other official event materials.

The Logo Contest winner also will receive a free t-shirt. The contest entry form and guidelines can be found at Pet Pangaea, and online at www.lafos.org.

Deadline for the logo entry is 5 p.m. March 10, 2018. Direct questions about the Dog Jog to lafos8@gmail.com or call 505.660.1648.
