The Los Alamos Creative District is once again teaming up with local organizations to host a Downtown Creative Crawl Friday, June 14.

N3B News:
Northern New Mexico nonprofit agencies will learn how to access funds from Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B) at a community forum at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 12 at Fuller Lodge.
The purpose of the meeting is to present funding guidelines for N3B’s Community Contributions Program and to answer questions about how to submit a request for funding.
A similar meeting will be held in Espanola at a later date.
N3B manages the Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract for the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Environmental Management’s Los Alamos Field Office.

CHAMBER News:
Ten Los Alamos businesses were honored Friday evening by the Chamber of Commerce at the annual Chamber Awards Reception, sponsored by Del Norte Credit Union on the lawn at Ashley Pond Park.
Chamber members were nominated by the public and the top five nominated businesses in each category moved on to the voting phase. There were more than 1,100 votes cast by the public.
