Bring Socks & Purses To Business After Hours Thursday

CHAMBER News:

Chamber members are encouraged to bring a pair of new socks or a purse filled with feminine products to Business After Hours Thursday, April 14, to donate to a charity drive for the homeless.

Business After Hours is co-hosted by Farber & Associates and the Walk Your Talk Coach at Legacy Now Lived on the second floor of the New Mexico Bank and Trust Building at 15th Street and Central Ave.

Walk Your Talk Coach LeAnne Parsons will be donating the socks in the name of The Sock It To Em’ Campaign and Legacy Now Lived and the purses to the precious homeless in our local community and beyond.

Anyone who brings socks or purses to the event will be entered into a drawing for access to Your Legacy Factor, an online assessment tool that shows where stress impacts your life, influences your relationships, impacts your performance, and work-life balance. The assessment is valued at $300.

Members of Tuesdays Together, the local chapter of the Rising Tide Society, have also been invited to attend Business After Hours at Farber & Associates and Legacy Now Lived. The Rising Tide Society is a national business education group for solo entrepreneurs in creative industries.

Business After Hours is 5:30-7 p.m. and Ruby K’s Bagel Café is catering the event. Chamber members can register online using their username and password at https:////losalamoschamber.chambermaster.com/events/details/business-after-hours-april-2016-135. This will be the first event where Chamber members will receive Chamber Notes for attending events. Collect Chamber Notes throughout the year to use at the Silent Auction at the Chamber Gala in April 2017.
