Call the Blue Window to reserve a table and order a beautiful bouquet of roses to have waiting for you upon arrival!

A bouquet of 3 roses for $25, or 6 roses for $50, waiting on your table or brought curbside with your meal will ensure a Valentines evening to remember!

Blue Window Bistro is open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will be featuring standard menu items plus a handful of enticing specials!

Starters and Small Plates:

• Lobster Bisque
  Cup, Bowl
• Spinach and Strawberry Salad
  Spinach, fresh strawberries, feta cheese and candied pistachios tossed with a blushing berry vinaigrette
• Roasted Blue Point Oysters
  Roasted with baby spinach, applewood smoked bacon, roasted garlic and smoked gruyere cheese
• Pomegranate-Glazed Quail
  Served with camembert polenta and a citrus-balsamic reduction

  Chefs’ selection of cured meats and cheeses, fig compote, pickled vegetables and seasonal accompaniments

Entrees:

• Chilean Sea Bass
  Served with vegetable risotto and a roasted garlic cream sauce with applewood smoked bacon with littleneck clams
• Bacon Wrapped Bison Tenderloin
  Topped with blue cheese crumbles; Served with a twice baked potato, seasonal vegetables and bordelaise sauce
• Slow Roasted Prime Rib
  Served with a loaded baked potato, au jus, horseradish sauce and seasonal vegetables
• Lobster Pappardelle
  Poached lobster over pappardelle, tossed with bay shrimp, tender asparagus tips and a meyer lemon butter sauce
