BeWellnm, the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange, said it is thrilled the Supreme Court of the United States upheld the Affordable Care Act ruling that was signed into law in 2012. As a result of the law, New Mexicans have received affordable health insurance regardless of their health status, age, gender, or other factors without having to worry about pre-existing condition exclusions.

Special Enrollment Period closes Aug. 15, 2021, but once enrolled the financial assistance remains available for years.
