As the impact of coronavirus reaches further across New Mexico and the nation, I know many are thinking about how to keep themselves and their families safe.

Right now, I’m working closely with my colleagues on Capitol Hill to pass a bill that would dedicate significant resources to food and unemployment benefits and ensure that people affected by the virus have access to affordable testing.

In the meantime, each of us can make an impact to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
