Beef & Leaf News:

Beef & Leaf Cafe is marking its first anniversary this Thursday, July 31, with an evening of celebration and gratitude. From 5-7 p.m., guests are invited to the Beef & Leaf patio for live jazz, champagne cocktails, and cake, as a thank you to the hardworking team behind the scenes and the community that has supported the restaurant from day one.

Since opening its doors one year ago, July 31, 2024, Beef & Leaf Cafe has become a vibrant part of the Los Alamos dining scene. Over the past year, Beef & Leaf has earned a loyal following of locals and visitors alike with reimagined and elevated comfort food, a curated wine selection, and a commitment to seasonal fresh ingredients. Providing a blend of comfort and sophistication, Beef & Leaf’s ever-changing menus promise fresh ingredients all year round – from tasty take-out lunches to multi-course dinners to decadent desserts, there is always something new to try at Beef & Leaf.

In addition to a full menu, Beef & Leaf introduced a weekly prix fixe menu this January. Every week, a new three course dinner experience is created, giving locals and tourists something new and delicious to taste every single week.

Beef & Leaf’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. This past June, Beef & Leaf was awarded the 2025 Best New Business Award by the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce. And in May, executive chef and owner Laura Crucet was highlighted as one of five chefs changing the New Mexican culinary landscape by the Santa Fe New Mexican.

“This first year has been more than we could have hoped for,” Crucet said. “After so much work and time poured into opening this restaurant, the community support and dedication of our team have made this past year worth it. We’re excited to celebrate this milestone and to keep creating great food and a place that people want to spend their time.”

Join the celebration this Thursday, raise a glass, and toast to many more years to come.
