The annual Barbershop Chorus Extravaganza, “Celebrate the 60s” is scheduled this year for Oct. 25 in Los Alamos and Oct. 26 in Santa Fe.

Last Sunday, the Lasses and Lads of Enchantment, along with the Santa Fe Harmonizers paid tribute to the staff and volunteers of the Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society.

Their annual Paw-ty allows everyone to meet and enjoy a BBQ with raffle prizes. Two members of the chorus are also volunteers there, which added to fun. The chorus members took the time to donate a basket of treats for the over capacity residents of the shelter.
