Atomic City Transit will operate a detour on Route 2M (White Rock via Main Hill) due to the Main Hill rockfall mitigation project and road closure starting Monday, Aug. 16.

The project is expected to take 10 working days to complete.

The Route 2M detour is expected to be active 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday while the Main Hill is closed.

During the detour, Route 2M will travel on the Truck Route instead of the Main Hill and make a loop Downtown after arriving at the Transit Center.

A map and timetable of the detour are available on the County website and also may be picked up on any Atomic City Transit buses.
