The Albuquerque & Four Corners Pipes and Drums, the local bagpipe band, holds a special practice Wednesday evening at Ashley Pond in preparation for their upcoming outdoor concert, scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Aug. 13 at Ashley Pond.
