ALBUQUERQUE ― Attorney General Hector Balderas released the following statement Monday regarding the Supreme Court ruling on the San Juan Generating Station:
“Our agreement was reached to protect the health of New Mexico children and families, our pristine environment and our economy, and we are pleased the Supreme Court upheld the stipulation.
“The Office of the Attorney General will continue to work with PNM and all parties to ensure that New Mexico continues on its path to becoming a leader in the clean energy economy while ensuring that all New Mexicans, including the residents of San Juan County, have access to good jobs and clean, affordable energy.”
