During the meeting, Council is expected to:
- Present a proclamation denoting the 10th anniversary of the Las Conchas Fire;
- Introduce an ordinance that would amend the text in Chapter 16 of the County Code to add a new downtown overlay zone (Banning ground level offices);
- Hold a public hearing on Los Alamos Code Ordinance No. 707, that would authorize the refinance and re-issuance of amended loan and promissory note agreements with the New Mexico Environment Department to reflect a lowered interest rate; and
- Consider revised charters for the Tourism Implementation Task Force, Los Alamos Resiliency, Energy and Sustainability Task Force and Racial Equity and Inclusivity Task Force.
