ACRR News:
Heidi Bjorklund and Aaron Jackson tied for best predictor with a 4 second differential in the Atomic City Road Runner weekly pace race held on the Canada Bonito Trail up by the ski hill.
Jackson also was the top finisher in the 3 mile distance recording a 23:03.
Other accurate predictors are:
- Jackie Marr at 9 seconds off and the first female finisher at 18:05 in the 1 mile race;
- Ryan Smeltzer with a 14 second difference;
- Aurea Rojas at 65 seconds; and
- Mary Snow recording a 87 second differential;
- Cliff Stanley was the best finisher in the 1 mile distance at 16:29; and
- Sanna Sevanto was the first female finisher at 25:34 in the 3 mile course.
Next week’s race is 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 9 starting at the Los Alamos Golf Course service road located by turning right at the traffic circle at the end of Diamond Drive on to San Ildefonso Road on North Mesa and parking at the base of the service road to the immediate right. 1 and 3 mile distances will be available.
