The lively tasting event celebrates the region’s grassfed ranchers while pairing them with local chefs for an afternoon of inspired dishes, community connection, and friendly culinary competition.
At the heart of the event, seven chefs are paired with seven regional ranchers, each creating an original bite featuring grassfed and grass-finished meat. Guests will sample the dishes, meet the ranchers behind the ingredients, and vote for their favorite in the People’s Choice competition.
Beyond the tasting, A Taste of Grassfed Smackdown highlights the importance of regenerative agriculture and the people who steward the land.
