UNM-LA News:

The UNM-Los Alamos (UNM-LA) University Drive entrance from Diamond Drive is closed while under construction. The campus will remain open and can be accessed via Sandia Drive and 40th Street. Visitors can park in the back parking lot off 40th Street.

This construction kicks off phase one of the outdoor infrastructure improvements project that will update the front entrance of UNM-LA. From Diamond Drive, a new gateway sign will be added, followed by light poles with UNM-branded flags.

Upon arrival at the buildings, visitors will see a UNM monument sign, an ADA-accessible ramp, new steps, and updated landscaping.

As part of the summer construction, an art studio and ceramics studio will be added to Building 8.
