Jan. 17, Annual Defrost Dinner: Pacific Rim Meets Southwest

Kick off the new year by shaking off winter hibernation with Alkemē’s Annual Defrost Dinner!

This year’s theme, Pacific Rim Meets Southwest, celebrates the fusion of two rich culinary traditions.

Enjoy an imaginative feast that harmonizes flavors from the Pacific Rim and the American Southwest, presented with intention and flair. Each course is paired with optional drinks to enhance the experience.

Heart & Home: A January Pop-Up Dinner Series

Alkemē invites you to Heart & Home, an exclusive series of dinners inspired by the communal dining traditions of Asia. Drawing on heritage practices such as Vietnam’s Cơm Gia Đình, Taiwan’s Xǐ Yàn, Japan’s Teishoku, and Thailand’s Samrub, these dinners showcase the beauty of shared meals and cultural connection.

  • When: at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m., Jan. 18, 21-24, 28; Seatings
  • What to Expect: Humble yet refined comfort foods curated by Chef Hue-Chan, Guest
