Friday the 13th, at 7 p.m., Saint Job of Pochaiv Orthodox Church is sponsoring a free showing of the critically acclaimed movie, OSTROV, in English “The Island” at SALA Event Center.

Somewhere on the White Sea, on the Arctic Circle, in a small Orthodox monastery lives an unusual man whose bizarre conduct confuses his fellow monks, while others who visit the island believe that the man has the power to heal, exorcise demons and foretell the future.

The community is invited to attend this free showing.
