FBI: Up To $2K Reward For Info On Dapper Bandit Wearing Make-up, Robbed Albuquerque Bank, Threatened Teller

The FBI and Albuquerque Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the individual responsible for a bank robbery Wednesday, April 6.

At approximately 3:58 p.m., an unknown male entered Bank of America, 1704 NM Highway 528. The suspect presented a note to the teller demanding money and threatened to shoot the employee. No gun was displayed.

The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and left on foot heading east.

Description:

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Hispanic 
  • Height: 5’3″ to 5’5″
  • Age: 30 to 40
  • Build: Heavy
  • Clothing: Tan hat, tan mask, eyeglasses, blue button-up shirt, black dress pants, dark shoes.
  • Other: Wore a very light color foundation (make up) on his face.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.
