Local Realtors Paula M. Glover and Suzette Fox will be on hand at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Betty Ehart Senior Center to answer questions for the community about buying or selling a home.

The presentation will address questions regarding the buying and selling homes or land. The team will provide a market overview, and explain the term “seller’s market.” They also will answer additional questions like, my home is outdated, will anyone want it, where do I start with updates and more. They have plenty of questions to spark discussion and ask the audience, too.

Glover has been in the Los Alamos real estate market for 20 years, 14 of which she ran Stewart Title Company. This provided Glover with ample experience in the legal requirements for transferring property and the ability to focus on transitions involving trusts, estates and probate.

Fox has worked in Los Alamos for more than 15 years and has experience in planning and development. She is a long-term, successful business owner in the area of interior designer.

Together they provide a unique team of experience and vision. They specialize in providing guidance on how to sell an outdated or “tired” home and can assist with information to bring the highest value to the seller.

Lunch is available for $10 for those under 60 and a suggested $5 donation for members over 60. A membership to both the Los Alamos and White Rock Senior Centers is free. Lunch on Wednesday is green chile chicken tortilla soup, a roll or crackers, a chocolate chip cookie, along with a salad bar and a variety of beverages, served 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Reservations must be made by 10 a.m. with a call to 505.662.8920.
