On The Job In Los Alamos: From Goat To Soap…

On the job in Los Alamos today is Austin Wood inspecting every soap before packaging at Second Bloom Farm in Pajarito Acres. The farm has Nigerian dwarf goats, which produce a high butter fat milk (6-11 percent verses 4-5 percent) used to make goat milk products. Established in 1992 by Philip C. Wood and Deborah Wood, and now Austin and Natalie Wood, to make a wide variety of products that may be purchased at the Los Alamos Co-op, Santa Fe Farmers Market or online here. #worklosalamos #wherediscoveriesaremade.
