A new local wellness business, Battle Tested Fitness, Nutrition & Body Contouring, has officially opened in Los Alamos, offering fitness coaching, nutrition support, non-invasive body contouring, and fresh meal prep options—all designed to help people build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
Gina Martinez, a long-time local fitness trainer, and her husband Orlando Martinez, started the business to help people optimize their health and well-being. To give them confidence to feel their best.
The business focuses on helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health. Offering a variety of services designed to work together, depending on each person’s goals.
Services include:
- Fitness guidance and coaching;
- Nutrition support and lifestyle planning;
- Non-invasive body contouring;
- Fat reduction and body sculpting;
- Skin tightening and toning treatments; and
- Recovery support.
The goal is simple: give people the tools and support they need to see real results without surgery or extreme routines.
“This isn’t about quick fixes or shortcuts,” Gina said. “We built Battle Tested Fitness for people who are serious about changing their lifestyle and getting real results. We’ll meet you every step of the way.”
Along with its services, Battle Tested Fitness recently introduced a new line of pre-cooked meal prep options. These meals are designed for people who want to eat better but don’t always have time to cook.
Stop in for a healthy lunch and you’ll find a variety of meals, including Chicken & Rice, Chicken Fajitas, Chicken Salad, Steak Teriyaki, Steak Stir Fry, Steak & Rice and Steak Fajitas. Each meal is made fresh and balanced to support energy, recovery, and overall wellness.
