Local Marriage Enrichment Workshop Begins Jan. 31

Are you looking for a Valentine’s Day gift that lasts longer than chocolate or roses? Michelle Wilde of Mullein Leaf Wellness Institute suggests enriching your relationship this year for benefits that last a lifetime.

Mullein Leaf is once again offering the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work workshop in Los Alamos. Past participants have noted they have finished the class having become “better friends” and appreciate the opportunity to practice the skills with their partner/spouse with a knowledgeable guide.

Known worldwide for his research into what happy couples do well, Dr John Gottman has crafted this workshop to teach proven, practical tools to help people in virtually all stages of relationship have better connection and relational resilience.

The first class is 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 31. Subsequent classes are 4:30-6 p.m. on Tuesday evenings.
