The U19 competitive boys Los Alamos Football Club Alliance participated in one of the largest tournaments in the nation over the Thanksgiving weekend for a third straight year.
The team went undefeated in the pool going 2-0, including a strong victory against the #2 ranked team from the state of California in FBSL Angeles. For the final the Alliance faced the #1 ranked team from Texas the El Paso Juventus, and after jumping out to a 1-0 lead, the ball bounced the opponent’s way, and the result was 1-3 for El Paso. This is the best showing yet for the Alliance who are now ranked #2 in the State of New Mexico. All rankings are based on GotSports international ranking system.
