ALBUQUERQUE — Expo New Mexico is kicking off the holiday season in style as Thanksgiving weekend sees the fairgrounds transform into a festive destination filled with shopping and dazzling Christmas light displays.

The Rio Grande Arts and Crafts Holiday Festival kicks off on Friday, Nov. 28, offering a one-of-a-kind shopping experience that features a juried lineup of 175 artisans from across the nation. This event also features live music and food, making it truly family friendly. The Rio Grande Arts and Crafts Holiday Festival runs through Nov. 30. Tickets can be purchased here.

In addition to the Rio Grande Arts and Crafts Holiday Festival, the Expo New Mexico Flea Market is in full swing, where visitors are sure to find something for everyone on their list! The Flea Market is open every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

Just steps away, inside Villa Hispana, visitors can experience the magic of Winter Wonderland. This holiday attraction includes holiday light displays, Santa’s Workshop, live performers, the electric forest and more. Winter Wonderland kicks off Nov. 28-29 before running Thursday-Sunday through December. A schedule and tickets can be found here.
