COURT News:

The state Supreme Court today granted the unopposed motion to continue the trial in State of New Mexico v.  Bernadine Martin, S-1-SC-41063. 

The trial set for Dec. 1-3, 2025, is vacated and reset for March 2-4, 2026. No further continuances will be granted.
