Los Alamos Triatomics Multisport club announces the 2023 Splash & Dash event!Â
FREE 2023 Splash & Dash events are scheduled Wednesdays at the Aquatic Center:
- May 31
- June 14 and 28
- July 12 and 26
- Aug. 2
The Splash & Dash is family friendly event, and community members of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate!Â
Free registration* is required and begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Aquatic Center rear doors.
Swimmers start at 7 p.m. with the following courses available:
- 400 yard pool swim, 5K run
- 200 yard pool swim, 3K run
- 100 yard pool swim, 1K run
The Splash & Dash is the perfect training activity for the Los Alamos Triathlon, scheduled July 22! Other regular events include Tuesday night road bike time trials and Wednesday night trail runs.
Joining as a member helps the Los Alamos Triatomics Multi sport club continue hosting these events. Membership forms are available in person at the Splash and Dash, or at the following link.
Thank you to Enterprise Bank and Trust for a grant awarded to Los Alamos Triatomics to purchase carpet runners for the swim to the run! This event is made possible by volunteers from the community and Los Alamos Parks and Recreation.
