‘2001: A Space Odyssey’ At Los Alamos Nature Center Planetarium For ScienceFest Thursday

The coomunity is invited to watch  2001: A Space Odyssey on Thursday, July 11 in the Los Alamos Nature Center’s planetarium for the Pajarito Environmental Education Center’s summer movie series “Suds & Shows.”

This event is a part of PEEC’s programming for Los Alamos ScienceFest. Doors will open and beer and wine will be available from Pajarito Brewpub & Grill at a cash bar starting at 6 p.m. The movie will start in the planetarium at 7 p.m.

Bring a picnic dinner to have outside, buy drinks and enjoy spending time at the nature center before the movie. Movie tickets are $5 per person and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Because there is have limited seating in the planetarium, please reserve your tickets for all of these events in advance. Tickets may be reserved by visiting or calling the Los Alamos Nature Center at 505.662.0460.
