Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Mexico announces tickets for its signature event “Wine & Wishes” are on sale now. Themed POWer of a Wish the 12th annual Wine & Wishes will take place at 7 p.m., May 9, 2025, at Sandia Resort and Casino.

Wish granting takes a whole community and in that spirit the gala’s theme of a hero’s rising will prevail along with the extraordinary power of hope that a wish can bring for children facing critical illnesses.

Presented by Otero Brother Roofing, planning committee Co-Chair Tereah Otero said, “Seeing the impact of a wish is incredibly inspiring. It’s hope and joy packed with a punch, giving kids the strength to rise above their medical challenges and look forward to something special. This gala is a place for the community to unite in support of turning wishes into reality, creating an unforgettable experience that has the power to change lives forever.”

This year’s event will mark the kick-off of Make-A-Wish New Mexico’s 40th year of wish granting in our state. Over the next year we will continue to highlight the power of a wish statewide and finish conclude our anniversary festivities May 1, 2026, at our 13th Annual Wine & Wishes gala.
