LAWG News:

Members of the Los Alamos Writers Group were asked to submit an introduction of 100 words for an original novel, with the title and a pen name. Entries were edited and formatted by Inez Ross, and with the help of Aspen Copies, were inserted into 11 photo books.

At the group’s Party Competition Meeting, members read all the entries and voted for those they thought had the best “hook,” that would entice a reader to want to read the rest of the story. Other winners were Louisa Gilani, Sarah Nichols, Vicki Jolin and Bill Hudson.

The Los Alamos Writers Group Meets at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month and members take turns facilitating. Email Inez Ross for more information at inezaross@gmail.com.
