Progressive Fighting Systems of New Mexico / Contemporary Jeet Kune Do held another successful Women’s Self Defense Seminar last weekend.
The women were trained in Rapid Assault Tactics (RAT), Environmental Weapons, ground, and ambush techniques. Another seminar will be announced in a few months.
