COURT News:
Three preliminary hearings scheduled for Dec. 8 in Los Alamos Magistrate Court for Krista Wilhelm, 32, of Los Alamos have been reset for Dec. 15.
Wilhelm’s attorney Michael Jones told Los Alamos Magistrate Court Judge Pat Casados Friday that a plea agreement is being negotiated with the District Attorney’s Office.
Wilhelm is charged with abuse of a child and battery against a household member, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
