Ever wished you could activate the gate in Stargate Command, take The Orville for a spin, or walk the decks of the Enterprise? With the advent of more powerful computers, recreating environments with stunning detail is now a possibility. We will highlight three such endeavors with an outer space theme: Stargate Network, The Orville – Interactive Fan Experience, and the Virtual Enterprise D Recreation at this event. Join Peter Polko for an introduction to these 3D recreations and try them out for yourself!

After a short introduction and tutorial, you can explore these new worlds yourself. Since these are fan productions, they are free to download. If you don’t want to wait in line, you can bring your own computer to this event! 

If you bring your own computer, you can download Stargate Network and The Orville – Interactive Fan Experience (Steam required) to get ready for this evening.

Because there is limited seating in the planetarium, we ask that you please purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets may be purchased by visiting or calling the Los Alamos Nature Center at 505.662.0460. Admission: Free.
