Valles Caldera National Preserve Holiday Closures

VCNP News:

JEMEZ SPRINGS – The Valles Caldera National Preserve will close the Valle Grande visitor center and main entrance Thanksgiving and Christmas days to allow employees to spend the holidays with their families.

Visitors are welcome to access the preserve via the Coyote Call and Valle Grande trailheads.

The visitor center and main entrance will re-open at 9 a.m. the day after each holiday. Visitors can hike, bike, fish the East Fork River, or ride their own horses within the preserve until the snow falls. Once the snow arrives, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing will be available.
