Looking for a romantic Valentine’s Day date where you can show love to your community?
 
Join us for a five course gourmet dinner with thoughtfully chosen wine pairings. Laura Hamilton, the chef of the Pig and Fig Café, will present this fundraiser for Self Help, Inc. from 6-9 p.m., Feb. 4, 2017, at the Unitarian Church of Los Alamos, 1738 Sage St. in Los Alamos.
 
The menu:
 
First Plate 
smoked duck breast, wild arugula + fig brochettes, sourdough crostini

Second Plate
jumbo lump crab, diced bosc pears, frisee lettuce wedge, ginger vinaigrette

white truffle + swiss chard consommé, candied pork belly, cannellini beans
