COUNTY News:
Los Alamos County Department of Public Utilities reports that a widespread power outage occurred at 2:54 a.m. today when one of two feeders to the townsite tripped.
Crews restored power by 6 a.m. to all affected customers by back feeding power from the working feeder.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of this outage, and once known, crews will implement a permanent fix.
