ALBUQUERQUE — To highlight some of the USDA Rural Development programs. the agency is periodically releasing success stories on some of the people and entities it has helped with financing needs.

Today’s story features the owners of the Burnt Well Guest Ranch in Roswell, and how they used Rural Development’s Rural Energy for American Program (REAP) to install a solar power array to offset the ranch’s electric bill.
