UNM-LA Community Ed Classes For Adults Begin June 1

Summer is finally starting to show itself and it’s not too late to get your mind and body in shape for the activities that lie ahead.

UNM-LA summer classes for adults begin June 1 and continue through July. Registration is now open.

UNM-LA offers Yoga for both beginner and intermediate levels. Yoga is the perfect way to build strength and flexibility, which will help you enjoy any summertime activity such as hiking or biking. Yoga will help you relax, too.

Planning on taking a trip to a Spanish speaking country soon? Learn to speak Spanish so you can really immerse yourself in the culture and get the most out of your vacation.

Get yourself prepared in the event of an emergency. UNM-LA is also offering individual certification courses for First Aid and Adult CPR/AED taught by UNM-LA Fire Science Program and Los Alamos Fire Department instructors.
