UNITED CHURCH News:

The Thrift Shop at the United Church of Los Alamos at 2525 Canyon Road is having a half price sale on Valentine’s Day, Wednesday Feb. 14, on everything except jewelry.

The United Church Thrift Shop, operated by the Women’s Christian Service Society, is open for shoppers 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesdays.

They accept donations of gently used and clean clothes, linens, housewares, jewelry, shoes, toys and children’s books. They cannot accept large appliances, furniture, books or VHS tapes.  Donations may be dropped off any time at the bins near the door at the lower level of Craig Hall.

All proceeds of the Thrift Shop go to Mission activities sponsored by the WCSS. Click here to see the list of missions.
