Unitarian Church Forum: ‘The End of Religious Anxiety’

The Forum at the Unitarian Church presents “The End of Religious Anxiety, Towards Religious Universalism” by James Carroll at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, May 10 at the church’s temporary location on East Road across from the animal shelter.

This should be a very interesting forum as all by James Carrol are. He will present portions of a talk he delivered at the 2015 Conference of the Mormon Transhumanist Association. Entitled “The End of Religious Anxiety”, it traces his pathway from the confusion of religious anxiety toward a religious universalism that emphasizes the importance of what we do rather than what we believe.

The public is invited to attend this talk, which is part of the continuing Forum Series at the Unitarian Church, temporarily at 195 East Road, Suite 101 in the TRK Building.
