Two Los Alamos Businesses Team Up To Talk Unique Travel Opportunities During Small Business Saturday

BUSINESS News:

Two Los Alamos home-based businesses, Guanaco Adventures and Prime Passages Travel are teaming up Saturday to host a table at the Small Business Saturday home-based business fair taking place at 170 Central Park Square (next door to Quiznos).

The business fair is a part of the overall Small Business Saturday events downtown. The two businesses will be available 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to share information about their travel offerings and meet people interested in future travel adventures.

Guanaco Adventures specializes small group travel to Chilean Patagonia. Their guides’ extensive knowledge about the region’s wildlife, culture and history add to the unique experience. The small size of groups enables flexibility in choices of activities. Familiarity with the region makes it easy to identify beautiful and comfortable lodgings as well as food that is delicious and unique to the culture. Guanaco Adventures offers scheduled trips as well as the ability to offer custom-built trips for a minimum of six participants.

Prime Passages Travel builds its unique itineraries around scenic hiking locations that offer the opportunity to weave cultural explorations into the experience. Itineraries feature a mix of guided and independent activities.  Accommodations are selected to combine comfort with local character. For 2015, international trips will focus on base locations in the Franconia region of Northern Bavaria. Trips are designed to work with the schedules of busy professionals and to appeal to value-conscious travelers.

Betsy Raichur of Guanaco Adventures (www.guanacoadventures.comand Kevin Holsapple of Prime Passages (www.primepassages.com) will be available Saturday to provide information about their offerings to interested members of the public.
