Two Dead, Dozens Wounded in Boston Marathon Explosions

Breaking News:

At 2:50 p.m. east coast time today, two explosions about 20 seconds apart killed two people and injured dozens more, according to multiple news reports.

The explosions occurred near the finish line at the Boston Marathon where runners and spectators crowded the area.

Most recent reports are calling these explosions a “terrorist attack” and officials have shut down the air space over Boston.

A third explosion has been reported to have occurred at the JFK Library several miles from the Boston Marathon finish line. 

Also according to reports, another device was found in the area.

Other cities in the U.S. have raised security levels, according to news reports.
