The Tuesdays at the Pond Entertainment Series continues this evening with Zoltan and the Fortune Tellers.

Brought to you by the Los Alamos Creative District, the concert begins at 7 p.m. at the Ashley Pond Park stage.

Zoltan and the Fortune Tellers play ticklishly oddball original tunes about cheese, love, sandwiches, snake oil and much more. The trio features Zoltan Szekely on guitar and vocals. Zoltan’s musical career has taken him from cheese festivals in Wisconsin, to appearances in New York Dance productions, and even to being featured as a musician in major motion pictures.

On upright bass is Terry Bluhm, who has toured Europe and beyond with the group Bayou Seco and brings much wisdom, experience, and a flamboyant stage presence to the band.

Hailing from Colombia, Fernando Garavito plays fiery drums, has traveled 5 of the 7 continents playing music, and his infectious drumming is complimented by his suave South American charm on stage.

Together, Zoltan and the Fortune Tellers is a band on a mission to entertain…they also look and smell good while doing it. Check out Zoltan and the Fortune Tellers at http://zoltanszkly.wixsite. com/zoltanorkestar/listen.

The 2017 Summer Entertainment Series will feature a wide variety of musical acts, and happen every Tuesday night through August 8, with the exception of July 4. Performances will range from a professional wind ensemble to an R&B artist, a folk rock group to a big brass band, and everything in between.
