Traffic Camera Installation At Trinity Intersection Dec. 8

COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County has announced that traffic electricians will be installing new traffic cameras at the intersection of Trinity Drive on the southwest corner of the intersection at Diamond Drive.

Work will begin 8 a.m. and run through 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8.

The turn/accel lane leading from west Trinity Drive heading south onto Diamond Drive will be closed. Vehicle traffic will need to make a right turn at the intersection onto Diamond Drive.

Northbound pedestrian traffic (on the west side of Diamond Drive) will need to cross at the crosswalk at West Road at Diamond Drive, and cross back at the northeast corner of the intersection of east Trinity Drive and Diamond Drive.

Southbound pedestrian traffic (on the west side of Diamond Drive) will need to cross at the crosswalk at the northwest side of the intersection of west Trinity Drive and Diamond Drive to the east side of Trinity Drive and head south and cross back at the crosswalk at Diamond Drive and West Road.
