New Mexico is known not just for its enchanting beauty, but also for its enchanting people. The State of Enchantment program is a tool created to affect the positive benefits of great customer service. It’s a fact that when customers are happy, they will come back-and many times tell others about the wonderful enchanting spirit right here in New Mexico.
The greatest difference between communities with similar attractions and services often lies in the quality of customer service. It’s easy to define great service, but it’s not easy to deliver it. The challenge lies in building a more effective service “enchantment” culture. Great service skills are learned behaviors. New Mexico is a center for great hospitality and every one must do their part to make sure that feeling is expressed with each interaction.
