SPORTS News:

The Los Alamos High School Hilltopper Track and Field Teams hosted the District meet Friday afternoon at Sullivan Field.

Despite several lightning delays, the Toppers didn’t miss a beat with both the boys and girls teams winning the District 2-4A title by a significant margin.

District 2 includes Los Alamos, Pojoaque, Española, Taos and Moriarty.

The Toppers now focus on the State Championships, which will be held Friday, June 25 at UNM Stadium.
