Time Out Pizzeria in Los Alamos has barely been closed for two weeks but today owners Omar and Trisha Sanchez announced that they have found a new location and hope to open there in September. The new location is next to Pet Pangaea in Central Park Square, across the parking lot from the Beer Co-op.

Omar Sanchez said they had been looking for a smaller affordable location for the pizzeria and were excited to find such a great place for their business. He said everything was removed when the laundromat moved out, so it will take a while for the building to be renovated to accommodate the pizzeria.

Trisha Sanchez said their new landlord, Philip Kunsberg is very pleased to have them as tenants and is allowing them to store all their fixtures and appliances at the new location until they are ready to open. She said Kunsberg is having the electricity, heating and cooling brought up-to-date and has already been working with contractors to get everything on line for their move in.

“We are very happy to have reached an agreement with Philip,” she said. “I think we will work very well together.”

Time Out’s White Rock location on N.M. 4 remains open and 23 employees from the Los Alamos location were transferred there two weeks ago. Time Out in White Rock will provide free delivery to Los Alamos for orders of $35 or more. They continue to provide pizza for Los Alamos events such as the Barranca Mesa Elementary School’s Bobcat Bonanza Carnival this Friday.
