TechSource President V. Brian D’Andrea will present a talk titled, “The Business System: Much More Than the Product” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 at The Hive, 134 N.M. 4 in White Rock.
D’Andrea’s talk, sponsored by the Los Alamos Entrepreneurs Network is open to the public.
About V. Brian D’Andrea:
In 2001, V. Brian D’Andrea was appointed Chief Operating Officer at TechSource, 1475 Central Ave., Suite 250 in downtown Los Alamos.
He is responsible for the daily operations and marketing activities for the company as well as overseeing client relations.
D’Andrea brought decades of experience in the management and engineering disciplines to TechSource with the goal of moving the company from a regional business to a national leader.
Under his direction, TechSource has repeatedly received national accolades from Inc. 500 as one of the fastest-growing high technology firms in the U.S.
Regionally, TechSource has been recognized by New Mexico’s Flying 40, as one of the top 40 fastest-growing high technology firms in New Mexico.
D’Andrea possess more than 28 years of broad-based technical and managerial experience developed as a corporate executive, large business unit manager, research and development project engineer, national laboratory program analyst, corporate administrator, and Naval Officer.
He grew up in West-Central Pennsylvania and attended the United States Naval Academy where he majored in engineering. He later received a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
D’Andrea also holds certification in Lean Management from the University of Michigan and is a certified Project Management Professional.
He completed 24 years of naval service as a Naval Flight Officer where he developed extensive experience in carrier-based aviation specializing in electronic intelligence (ELINT) operations; chemical, biological, and radiological defense systems development; major aircraft systems development and acquisition; disaster consequence response and management; and naval systems research.
