Traffic Alert! Lane Shift To North Side Of N.M. 502 For Roundabout Project Starts Monday April 5

COUNTY News:

Beginning Monday, east bound traffic east of the roundabout will shift to the north side of N.M. 502 and channel back into the east bound lane in front of the Crossroads Church.

This is necessary to demo and build alignments on the remaining south side of N.M. 502. The traveling public is advised to exercise caution while traveling through this area.

SANTA FE – New Mexico state health officials today announced 297 new COVID-19 cases.

Los Alamos County reports zero new cases today so the total remains at 501 people who have tested positive for COVID-19. (County totals are subject to change upon further investigation and determination of residency of individuals positive for COVID-19.)

Today’s update includes 5 new deaths in New Mexico related to COVID-19.

Los Alamos County has published its proposed biennial budget. Information has been included based on current spending, revenue forecasts and Council direction.
