SANTA FE Former U.S. Army Major Bryan Osterhage has been named Deputy Secretary for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services (DVS).
 
The native of Belleville, Ill., earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Truman State University in 2004, and a law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law.
