PHOENIX The Internal Revenue Service today issued a warning that tax-related scams continue across the nation even though the tax filing season has ended for most taxpayers. People should remain on alert to new and emerging schemes involving the tax system that continue to claim victims.

NNSA To Issue Public Notice For Intent To Compete Management And Operating Contract For LANL

The Los Alamos Daily Post has obtained a copy of an email issued this afternoon by the director of NNSA’s Office of Governmental Affairs. The email states that DOE/NNSA will issue a public notice Tuesday alerting potential offerors of its intent to conduct a competition for the management and operating (M&O) follow-on contract for Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).

SANTA FE – Today, Gov. Susana Martinez issued an executive order for flags to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Tuesday, June 27, 2017 in honor and mourning of Nara Visa firefighter John Cammack.
 
Cammack, 76, died from wounds inflicted while fighting the Griffith Fire, which threatened his community.
